Vysokyi is a settlement on the southern outskirts of Kharkiv, located in the Kharkiv district between Pivdenne and Merefa, roughly 15 km from the city limits. It is part of the Kharkiv urban agglomeration, with dense housing and busy suburban traffic. Roads connecting Vysokyi with Kharkiv, Merefa, and industrial zones carry a heavy load, while narrow approaches to older residential blocks regularly create situations where drivers need an urgent towing service. Express24 reaches Vysokyi as fast as possible — the settlement is within direct reach of our base.
Drivers contact us after accidents on the road between Kharkiv, Vysokyi, and Merefa, during sudden breakdowns on local streets, or on approaches to industrial and cottage areas. Vehicle transport is needed due to engine or gearbox failure, suspension damage from potholes, battery issues, or a flat tyre. Thanks to the proximity to Kharkiv, delivery to a service station in the regional capital takes minimal time and costs little.
Once you call, our dispatcher records your exact address, vehicle type, and the nature of the fault. A tow truck reaches Vysokyi as quickly as possible — waiting time starts from just 20 minutes. Roadside assistance covers the settlement itself, as well as Pivdenne, Pokotylivka, Merefa, and settlements along the road to Krasnohrad.
Roads in the Vysokyi area carry daily traffic between Kharkiv and southern settlements of the district. Along this stretch, drivers face engine overheating in congestion, damage from potholes, and sudden mechanical failures after long drives. Car towing from Express24 is more than a flatbed ride: our crew can jump-start an engine, deliver fuel, or change a tyre right on the shoulder. If a roadside fix is not possible, we deliver the vehicle to Kharkiv or Merefa in a matter of minutes.
Beyond the built-up area lie cottage communities, garden cooperatives, and unpaved access roads to industrial sites and recreation areas. After rain these roads turn to mud and become impassable for passenger cars. A towing operation on such terrain requires winch-equipped trucks with enhanced ground clearance — our fleet is built for off-road recovery and tight passages.
If you need urgent AutoSOS assistance in the Vysokyi area or on approaches to the settlement — call immediately. Our dispatcher will assess the situation and send the tow truck that can reach you fastest.
