Valky is a city in the south-western part of Kharkiv Region, situated on the Mzha River roughly 50 km from the regional capital. The M03 highway (Kharkiv — Poltava — Kyiv) — one of the busiest corridors in the region — runs directly through the city. A constant stream of trucks and passenger cars, stretches with limited visibility, and seasonal road hazards regularly create situations where drivers need an urgent towing service. Express24 dispatches to Valky around the clock, every day of the year.
Most requests come from drivers stranded on the Kharkiv — Poltava highway near Valky, on city streets, or on approaches to surrounding villages. Vehicle transport is needed after traffic accidents, engine or gearbox failure, suspension damage from potholes, and battery problems in cold weather. Another common request is delivery of recently purchased cars to Kharkiv or Poltava.
Once you call, our dispatcher records your exact location, vehicle type, and the nature of the problem. A tow truck heads to Valky immediately after confirming the request. Thanks to the short distance from our base, arrival time within the city is up to 30 minutes; in nearby villages it may take up to 45 minutes. Roadside assistance covers the entire area around Valky, including Stari Valky, Ohultsi, Kovalivka, and settlements along the highway.
The M03 is one of the country’s key routes, carrying non-stop traffic. Near Valky, drivers face engine overheating in summer, black ice in winter, and sudden failures after long drives. Car towing from Express24 goes beyond a flatbed ride: we can jump-start an engine, deliver fuel, or change a tyre right on the hard shoulder. If a roadside fix is not possible, we transport the vehicle to Valky, Kharkiv, or onward along the route.
The city is surrounded by the Mzha River valley with dirt roads leading to cottage plots, fishing spots, and rural homesteads. After rain or during spring snowmelt these roads become impassable for ordinary cars. A towing operation on such terrain requires winch-equipped trucks with high ground clearance — exactly what our fleet offers, ready for challenging conditions and off-road recovery.
If you need urgent AutoSOS assistance in Valky or on the highway nearby — call immediately. Our dispatcher will assess the situation and send the nearest available tow truck.
