Balakliia is one of the largest cities in the Izium district of Kharkiv Region, situated on the banks of the Siverskyi Donets River approximately 85 km from the regional capital. Major roads pass through the city, connecting Kharkiv with Izium and the eastern parts of the region. Heavy traffic flow, urban intersections, and busy highway sections regularly create situations where drivers need prompt assistance. Express24 provides a professional towing service in Balakliia and surrounding areas around the clock, every day of the year.
Most calls come from drivers stranded on the Kharkiv — Balakliia — Izium highway, on city streets, or on approaches to suburban areas. Vehicle transport may be required after a traffic accident, due to engine or transmission failure, a dead battery in winter, or when a car gets stuck on unpaved roads in the outskirts.
Once you call, our dispatcher records the exact address or coordinates, vehicle type, and nature of the issue. The nearest tow truck heads to Balakliia from our base within minutes. Arrival time depends on your location — within the city it is typically up to 40 minutes, in nearby villages up to 60 minutes. Our roadside assistance covers Balakliia itself as well as settlements across the Izium district, including Savyntsi, Verbivka, Yakovenkove, and others.
The highway through Balakliia connects Kharkiv with towns in the eastern part of the region. During cold months, vehicles frequently break down here due to frozen fuel or drained batteries. Car towing from Express24 goes beyond simple transport — we also help with jump-starts, fuel delivery, and on-the-spot tyre changes. If a roadside fix is not possible, we promptly deliver the vehicle to Balakliia or Kharkiv.
The surroundings of Balakliia include the Siverskyi Donets floodplain, dirt roads leading to cottage communities, and riverside recreation zones. After heavy rain or during spring floods, these areas become traps for passenger vehicles. A towing operation in such conditions requires specialised equipment — our trucks are fitted with winches and have enhanced off-road capability for challenging terrain.
If you need urgent AutoSOS assistance in the Balakliia area — call immediately. Our dispatcher will help determine the best solution for your situation and send the nearest available vehicle.
