Andriivka is a settlement in the Izium district of Kharkiv Region, located on the highway between Kharkiv and Balakliia roughly 60 km from the regional capital. A significant volume of traffic from the eastern part of the oblast passes through the settlement. The distance to major service stations, rural roads in the surrounding area, and harsh winter conditions all create situations where drivers urgently need a towing service. Express24 dispatches to Andriivka around the clock, every day of the year.
Drivers contact us after accidents on the highway near Andriivka, during sudden breakdowns within the settlement, or on dirt roads between surrounding villages. Vehicle transport is needed due to engine or gearbox failure, suspension damage on deteriorated surfaces, battery or fuel system problems. With no service stations nearby, the only option is to deliver the vehicle to Balakliia or Kharkiv on a flatbed.
Our dispatcher takes your call, records your location, vehicle type, and the nature of the fault. The nearest tow truck heads to Andriivka immediately after confirming the request. Arrival time within the settlement is up to 35 minutes; in surrounding villages it may take up to 50 minutes. Roadside assistance covers Andriivka and the adjacent area along the highway toward Balakliia and Zmiiv.
The highway stretch near Andriivka crosses open terrain where engines overheat in summer and ice patches and snowdrifts form in winter. Car towing from Express24 is more than a flatbed ride: our crew can jump-start an engine, deliver fuel, or change a tyre on the shoulder. If a roadside fix is not possible, we deliver the vehicle to Balakliia or Kharkiv.
The settlement is surrounded by farmland and dirt roads leading to hamlets and farms. After rain these paths turn to mud and become impassable for ordinary cars. A towing operation on such terrain requires winch-equipped trucks with enhanced ground clearance — our fleet is ready for off-road recovery on clay and soft ground.
If you need urgent AutoSOS assistance in the Andriivka area or on a nearby highway — call immediately. Our dispatcher will suggest the fastest solution and send the nearest available vehicle.
